At Mawit Services, our mission is to increase diversity in the Software Quality Assurance QA field by training, mentoring, and empowering underrepresented professionals to launch successful careers.
As an African American family with over 2 decades of experience in IT QA, we have seen the gap in diversity, especially among African American professionals and women. This inspired us to create a program that combines technical training with real mentorship and career support.
Our program is designed for beginners and career changers, guiding students from foundational knowledge to job readiness. We cover the full software testing lifecycle, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, along with hands on training in functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.
Students also gain experience in mobile application testing and are introduced to AI assisted testing, learning how modern tools are shaping the future of QA.
With project based learning, mock interviews, and resume support, we prepare our students with the skills and confidence needed to secure and succeed in a QA career.
